A new shampoo routine that transforms your hair

What's the difference between tired hair and chic hair?

Some people tie their hair up quickly and look effortlessly stylish, while others look a bit tired. What do you think is the difference?

"Shine"? "Texture"? "Volume"?
Many of you probably have a vague idea but just can't achieve it.

Let's start the "Ponytail Master Course" together today!

Let's start the "Ponytail Master Course"

Achieve "shine" with brushing

It's okay, you can get shine by brushing!
Choosing the right shampoo for you is important, but it's not the only thing. Are you a "shampoo nomad" because you think "my hair lacks shine because of bad shampoo"?

I used to be like that. I tried various shampoos, thinking "this one is bad, that one seems good," and kept changing them. But ultimately, it doesn't matter what shampoo you use, as long as you have a proper basic care routine. You'll naturally be able to choose what's good for your hair. I'll share my criteria for choosing shampoos and hair care products another time!

>>First, let's master brushing.

Washing the scalp

Brush before shampooing

First, before bathing, brush your hair that has gone through the day. This step can be quite a hassle, even if you try to make a point of doing it. Both the brush and the sink get dirty...

The staff at AVEDA recommended this scalp brush. There are brushes available that make it easy to brush tangled hair and can be thoroughly washed. Getting an item to motivate yourself might be an option!

Rinsing with hot water (Yu-shan)

One more step before shampooing: rinsing with hot water!

Just rinsing your hair isn't enough; you need to "shampoo" thoroughly with hot water. As a guideline, use the shower for 60 seconds, or 10-15 times with a basin, parting your hair well and rinsing your scalp thoroughly.

This step effectively opens up the pores and makes it easier to remove dirt. This was a point I thought I knew but didn't quite understand.

From today, try counting carefully. Adding this step will significantly change your hair.

Shampoo

Thoroughly cleanse your scalp. After about two years of visiting a head spa, I learned the importance of scalp cleansing.

The key is to start by washing the nape of the neck, where oil is relatively less likely to come out, and create a good lather. Since your hair is already well-moistened from the hot water rinse and dirt has risen, it should lather well!

I use napla's non-silicone shampoo. Even though it's shampoo, after thoroughly lathering and cleansing, I wrap my hair in the foam and leave it for 3 minutes. I chose this one because it's used the same way as the expensive shampoos at head spa salons!

Treatment

Apply treatment mainly to the ends of your hair, coating them. It's best not to cover the scalp!

Using a comb allows the product to penetrate the hair more effectively. I love this comb so much that I even use it for brushing before shampooing (though it's not a proper brush).

Rinse thoroughly!

Part your hair thoroughly and rinse from the scalp. It's the same principle as rinsing with hot water.

Dry thoroughly

If left wet, your scalp will get steamy. Your hair will become stiff. And it will dry out!

Towel dry thoroughly, and then dry completely. Please refer to this for how to dry your hair!

Beautiful hair isn't easy

Listing all these steps, you might let out a sigh. It's a lot of work.

But you can probably try to be a little more mindful when washing your hair. Try incorporating these steps little by little. The more you care for your hair, the more it will change!
