Deferred Payment (Paidy)
Paidy is a payment method that can be used with just your email address and mobile phone number. When shopping, you will be authenticated via SMS, and by entering the received numbers, your payment process will be completed. No pre-registration of email address or phone number, or credit card is required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, payments are consolidated into a single payment the following month.
※The total amount for one month's usage will be finalized on the 1st of the following month, and you will be notified about the payment by email and SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
The following three payment methods are available:
・Bank transfer (payment fee: free)
・Convenience store payment (payment fee: 356 yen including tax)
・Bank wire transfer (payment fee: varies depending on your financial institution)

■ For lump-sum payments
For all confirmed charges each month, an invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month, and you will be notified by email and SMS (short message) by the 3rd.

Payment methods include convenience store payment (at terminals located in convenience stores), bank transfer, and account debit.

For convenience store payments and bank transfers, the payment due date is the 10th. For account debits, the payment will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, for January and May, it may be the 20th*.

Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, it is 356 yen (tax included). For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. For account debits, no payment fee is incurred.
■ For installment payments

Payments will begin from the month after next from the application (usage) date.

Please check your payment statement on MyPaidy or in the invoice delivered monthly.
Product Delivery Time
Excluding some products, shipments are usually made within one week after payment is received. During periods of high order volume, delivery may take longer, but you will be notified in advance.
For custom-made items, delivery times vary by product, and we will inform you when you inquire.
Returns and Exchanges
- Order cancellations can be accepted if you contact us before the product is shipped. If you wish to cancel or exchange, please contact us promptly after placing your order. As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped due to customer convenience.
- If there is a defect in the product, it will be exchanged for a new one. Please contact us via the inquiry form or LINE within one week of delivery. Please notify us within one week of product arrival.
- Returns sent without prior notification cannot be accepted.
- In cases of customer convenience, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
