Information on the Lifetime Warranty System

All products purchased are covered by a lifetime warranty. If you wish to use it, please contact us via the inquiry form or LINE.

Lifetime Warranty on Fluffiness

Saki-ami accessories will not fray or come undone. In addition, their unique fluffy volume will not be lost even if carried in a bag or exposed to water.
However, the fluffiness may deteriorate with long-term use.
Because we want you to enjoy the fluffiness forever, we offer a Fluffy Warranty for deterioration due to normal use.

After extensive use, the fluffiness has become limp and thin!
The elastic has stretched out!
→ For 50% of the product price, we will re-knit everything and replace some parts, returning it to you like new.

For other warranty discount rates, please have your warranty card ready and feel free to contact us!

Items Not Covered by Warranty

・Items for which materials cannot be sourced (however, we will provide the best possible repair)

Lifetime Repair Warranty for All Products

We will repair parts that have come off due to normal use free of charge.
If the plating on some metal parts peels off or if the product is damaged due to an unforeseen accident, it will be covered by a paid warranty.
This warranty applies permanently to all products purchased from our shop, except in the following cases.

Example of metal fitting warranty application)
I accidentally broke my barrette!
→ We will repair the metal fitting for 550 yen and return it to you.

Procedure for Warranty Claim

  1. Please contact us via the inquiry form, LINE, or various social media channels.
  2. We will confirm the condition of your beloved item by having you send us photos.
  3. We will inform you of the applicable warranty and you will make payment via a dedicated form.
  4. Please return your beloved item to us.Please bear only the return shipping cost.
  5. We will check the condition and repair it by replacing some or all materials. Please be assured that no additional charges will be incurred in any case.
  6. We will deliver your beloved item, as good as new, free of charge.
