Our Instagram Live, which was renewed in October!
For the second live session in October, a hairdresser taught us a "Yumekawaii" (dreamy cute) hairstyle.
This time, Naoto, a hairdresser from Afinar, and model Nanami, taught us the dreamy cute hairstyle.
[Beginner arrangement]
1. Divide hair into three sections: left side, right side, and middle.
2. Lightly curl the middle section in 2-3 places for a cuter finish.
3. Tie only the middle section into a single ponytail.
4. Twist the side sections into rope braids.
Tip for rope braiding: If you braid it towards the back, the area around the ears won't get bulky.
5. Once the side rope braids are done, tie them together with the middle ponytail and wrap a scrunchie around it twice.
6. Curl the ends and sides to complete the look.
[Advanced arrangement]
1. Leave a section of hair for making a flower at the end.
2. Tie a half-up ponytail.
3. Lift the remaining hair, wrap it around the ponytail you just made, and secure it with a hair tie.
4. Braid the hair, make a bun, and secure it with pins.
5. Place a scrunchie over the bun, then gently pull out sections from the braid and the top. Using the palms of your fingers will help achieve a better look.
6. Tightly braid the side hair. Braid three times, then pull out, repeating this until the end. Once finished, roll it up from the ends to form a flower shape. Pin the flower in place.
7. Lightly curl the side hair with an iron to complete the look.
