Three Rules for Beating Mask Acne
Hello!
This is beauty freak Chiko's beauty talk. I live a beauty life built on daily, easy beauty routines.

Is your skin breaking out from wearing a mask?
Mask life has been going on for quite a while now, and how is everyone's skin doing? I had a pretty bad skin breakout early on.
My skin is thin and quite dry, but I didn't realize I had sensitive skin, so I was very surprised! The area from my nose down was unbearably itchy. I had a first-time experience where red spots kept appearing around my mouth and wouldn't go away...

I battled the skin breakout for several weeks, but I thoroughly overcame it and even got my plump skin back. So, I'd like to share my three-point method for overcoming it!
One: For mask-related skin problems, use proper facial cleansing.
Regardless of whether it's mask-related skin problems or not, first of all, treat your poor irritated skin with care and keep it clean.
I've introduced proper facial cleansing and recommended cleansers here, so please take a look. Use rich, dense foam and press gently to wash. This is an absolute rule.
To help your skin recover fully, moisturize it generously. At this time, please use simple products with as few beauty ingredients as possible. Your skin might be surprised and stressed otherwise.
I used baby lotion, but Hatomugi skin conditioner would also be good. Apply a lot, splashing it on. Don't pat it in or rub it with cotton; instead, gently press it in with the warmth of your palms.
When you look at the back of a lotion bottle and it starts with "Water, Glycerin,..." these are good for weakened or dry skin because they are quickly absorbed!
However, they also evaporate quickly, so don't forget to seal it in with a cream once it's fully absorbed! A standard cream is best.
By the way, I used this:
Laneige "Cica Sleeping Mask"
This is a Korean cosmetic. While I want to elaborate on Cica cream separately, it's very good for damaged skin.
The texture wasn't too heavy, so even though it's a "sleeping mask," I wore it for 24 hours to get by.
Three: Choose a mask that is gentle on your skin.
While many functional masks are now available, the standard non-woven masks most commonly found on the market are incredibly stuffy. The inside of the mask is constantly in a super-humid state. Conversely, when you remove the mask, the skin is suddenly exposed, and its moisture rapidly evaporates. To cope with ultra-dry skin, your poor skin tries to produce its own oil. Then, it's subjected to another attack of super-humidity and friction from the mask.
There's no way your skin can remain in a healthy state under these conditions, is there?
To keep your skin clean with proper cleansing and to protect your thoroughly moisturized skin, please carefully select the material of the part that touches your skin.
