The fluffy "saki-ami" is made from organza. Organza is a thin, light, stiff, hand-woven plain-weave fabric with a crisp texture. Because it lets light through, it has a unique soft atmosphere while an elegant transparency creates a sense of translucency, and it is characterized by its unique luster and elasticity. After tearing various fabrics, chiko uses polyester organza, which has strong strength and stable quality.

Precautions for Handling Saki-ami Products
Since the fabric is torn to create the product, there may be some fraying. While some fluff may come off, the fibers will settle and become less likely to fall off with use, so please enjoy the texture and bear with it. If you are concerned about dirt, please hand wash it gently. If you let it dry as is, the volume will return to normal!
