The Saki-ami woven into the thong part is a fluffy cushion, so it won’t chafe. The Saki-ami part is woven, so it is unlikely to get heavily soiled with daily use. If it gets dirty, please rinse it with water!

It might be easier to understand if you imagine fur sandals. However, Saki-ami doesn't lose its shape even when wet.◎

Choosing the size of thong sandals requires a little care. Please choose based on the length from the base of your big toe to your heel.

Usually wears pumps size 37, sneakers 23.5cm, length from base of big toe to heel 19.5cm. L size is a perfect fit.
・In the case of staff Kayo
Usually wears pumps size 39, sneakers 25.5cm, length from base of big toe to heel 19.5cm. L size is a perfect fit.
・In the case of staff Kaori
Usually wears pumps size 38, sneakers 24cm, length from base of big toe to heel 18.5cm. M size is a perfect fit.
Since the size of shoes you usually wear includes the length of your toes, please choose based on the length from the base of your big toe to your heel. Please find your perfect size!

Materialこだわり

The fluffy Saki-ami is made from organza. Organza is a thin, light, crisp, stiff, hand-woven plain-weave fabric. Because it allows light to pass through, it has a unique soft feel while the elegant transparency creates a sense of clarity, and its distinctive luster and elasticity are its features. After tearing various fabrics, chiko uses polyester organza, which has strong durability and stable quality.

Precautions for handling Saki-ami products

Since the fabric is torn to create the product, there will be some fuzz. The fuzz may shed, but as you use it, the fibers will settle and become less likely to shed, so please enjoy the texture and continue to use it. If you are concerned about dirt, please hand wash gently. If you let it dry as is, the volume will return to normal!
