The fluffy saki-ami is made from organza. Organza is a thin, light, crisp, and stiff plain-weave fabric. Its translucent quality creates a unique soft aesthetic while providing elegant sheer transparency, characterized by its distinctive luster and elasticity. After tearing various fabrics, chiko uses polyester organza due to its strength and consistent quality.
