Flexible,溶ける編み花- Small Red Flowers

A saki-ami flower,溶けて into space, has bloomed.

One fully bloomed flower.

Since it's not a real flower, I thought it would be a shame not to embroider it,
so I sewed on some sparkling sequins and gold beads.
It's cute from every angle, 360 degrees, a joy to behold.

Whether in the sunlight or illuminated by a room lamp,
it's like a real flower in that it never shows the same expression twice, no matter how you look at it.

This is a flower, not real but enjoyable like a real one, created by me, a flower lover who has enjoyed ikebana for many years and cherished the wild plants in my garden.

The stem of the flower is made of wire and can be bent freely, so you can arrange the flower's position and direction of bloom as freely as in ikebana.

The flowers made with saki-ami melt into the light and into the space.

You can place it in a pen holder on your desk, in a single-flower vase in your living room, or simply anywhere.
There are two sizes.
They look lovely when displayed together.

◎Organdy
The soft saki-ami flowers are born from organdy. Organdy is a thin, light, stiff plain-woven fabric with a crisp texture. Because it lets light through, it has a unique soft atmosphere and an elegant sheer transparency, characterized by its unique luster and elasticity. After tearing various fabrics, chiko uses polyester organdy, which has strong durability and stable quality.

◎Sequins
We use hand-dyed original sequins.
Each sequin is bent by hand.
Subtle curves create space, giving it a petal-like movement.

Saki-ami Organdy
We tear organdy fabric and weave soft flowers full of air. Tearing gives the soft fabric firmness, and by carefully weaving each strand, it creates a fluffy volume.

Features of Saki-ami Products
The light-transmitting organdy blends seamlessly into the space. The interplay of colors caused by light reveals various expressions.

Handling Precautions for Saki-ami Products
Since the fabric is torn to create the product, there will be fuzz. While fuzz may shed initially, the fibers will settle and shed less as you use it, so please enjoy its texture. If it gets dirty, please hand wash it gently. If you let it dry as is, the volume will return to its original state!
